You will play a pivotal part in the entire project lifecycle—from technical consultation and system design to assembly and post-implementation support. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical presales discussions to understand client requirements and provide expert recommendations.
- Design detailed system layouts and technical schematics using AutoCAD.
- Supervise and participate in the assembly, testing, and integration of pneumatic and automation systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet quality, safety, and performance standards.
- Provide technical support and conduct troubleshooting for existing client systems.
- Manage project documentation and ensure all technical specifications are accurately captured.
- Conduct after-sales follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and continuous system improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Control Systems Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an application engineering or system integration role (Senior level).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory for creating complex technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of pneumatic components, PLC systems, and industrial automation hardware.
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into effective customer solutions.
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Johor region as required.
