Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end application support lifecycle.
- Lead and execute system upgrade projects and data migration strategies.
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for database systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Ensure data integrity and security standards are met across all applications.
- Document technical procedures and maintain comprehensive knowledge bases.
- Mentor and guide junior application support analysts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Application Support or a similar technical role.
- Proven experience with database management and SQL.
- Strong background in system migration and software upgrade processes.
- Reinsurance background is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with ITIL framework is an added advantage.
