Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks and programming languages.
- Provide high-level technical support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for complex application issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, QA) to define features and technical specifications.
- Implement and integrate AI-driven features to enhance application functionality and user experience.
- Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, and ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability to handle high traffic loads.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical team's knowledge base.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer and Application Support Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS, and a backend language such as Python, Java, or .NET.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, software development life cycles (SDLC), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
