Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert technical application support for RF and plasma solutions in semiconductor manufacturing environments
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to semiconductor processes and equipment
- Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and develop customized application solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical workshops for clients
- Document technical findings, application notes, and solution protocols
- Work cross-functionally with R&D and engineering teams to enhance product performance
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related industry
- Strong expertise in RF and plasma physics, semiconductor processes, and equipment
- Proven experience in customer-facing technical support and solution development
- Excellent analytical skills for diagnosing complex technical problems
- Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication processes (etching, deposition, lithography)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client collaboration
