Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the architectural design process from conceptual sketches to detailed construction documentation.
- Manage and coordinate project deliverables with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure design integrity.
- Oversee the preparation of planning applications and ensure full compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Mentor junior architectural staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and creative problem-solving.
- Conduct site visits and manage construction administration to ensure projects are built to design specifications.
- Utilize advanced BIM workflows to improve project efficiency and coordination.
- Present design concepts and technical solutions to key stakeholders and high-profile clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Professional registration (LAM/PAM) or working towards full professional certification.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in architectural practice, preferably with high-rise or large-scale project exposure.
- Exceptional proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian building regulations, submission procedures, and site supervision protocols.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design sensitivity and technical proficiency.
