Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the architectural design process for large-scale, complex projects, ensuring alignment with client visions and project objectives.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure design integrity and seamless project execution.
- Manage the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and presentation materials.
- Oversee project timelines and budget requirements, ensuring all milestones are met with precision.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction compliance with design specifications and building codes.
- Mentor junior architects and design staff to foster professional growth and technical excellence within the team.
- Facilitate client meetings and presentations to secure project approvals and resolve design-related challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Registered Architect with the Board of Architects (BOA) Singapore.
- Minimum 7-10 years of professional experience in architecture, with a proven track record of project delivery.
- Strong proficiency in BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes, planning regulations, and sustainable design standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and detail-oriented design.
