Federal Pioneer Development Corp. is seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented Senior Architect to spearhead our upcoming condominium projects in Mandaluyong City. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between conceptual design and tangible execution, ensuring that our developments not only meet structural standards but also define modern living.
You will play a critical role in overseeing, coordinating, and managing all facets of the architectural design process. From initial feasibility studies and design development to securing permits and managing site-level architectural integrity, your expertise will ensure our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the architectural design process from conceptualization through to construction documentation for high-rise condominium projects.
- Coordinate with internal departments, external consultants, and contractors to ensure design alignment and project feasibility.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and comprehensive specifications.
- Ensure full compliance with the National Building Code, local zoning ordinances, and all relevant safety and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure that all works adhere to architectural plans and quality benchmarks.
- Manage the submittal and approval processes with relevant local government units and regulatory bodies.
- Provide expert technical guidance to junior architects and drafting teams to maintain design excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- Must be a Licensed Architect in the Philippines.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience, with a focus on mid-to-high rise residential or condominium developments.
- Highly proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other industry-standard BIM/design software.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building codes.
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced development environment.
