Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and Manage Design Projects: Oversee the architectural design process from the initial concept and schematic design phase through to construction documentation and project delivery.
- Client Consultation: Present design concepts and proposals to clients, effectively communicating technical ideas and ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with project goals.
- Technical Documentation: Develop comprehensive architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed specifications using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Compliance and Regulation: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements in the Philippines.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural engineers, interior designers, and contractors, to resolve technical issues and optimize project outcomes.
- Site Supervision: Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure design integrity is maintained during execution, and resolve on-site technical challenges.
- Innovation: Research and incorporate sustainable building practices and modern design trends to enhance project value and environmental performance.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in architectural design and project management, preferably within the Philippines.
- Licensure: Registered and licensed Professional Architect (RPA) or holder of a valid license to practice architecture.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of BIM software (Revit), CAD (AutoCAD), and rendering tools (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Project Management: Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines and budgets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex designs to non-technical stakeholders.
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating previous architectural projects and design capabilities.
