- Lead end-to-end architectural design projects from conceptualization to implementation
- Manage and mentor multidisciplinary design teams to optimize performance
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Develop detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and 3D visualizations
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate with contractors and stakeholders

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive architectural design experience
- Valid PRC Architect license with active professional membership
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex project leadership
- Expertise in local building codes and regulatory frameworks
- Proven track record in project delivery and team management
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
