In this role, you will lead complex architectural projects from initial conceptualization through to construction administration. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full architectural design process, from initial schematic concepts to detailed construction documentation.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and consultant coordination to ensure milestones are met effectively.
- Direct and mentor junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and innovative studio culture.
- Coordinate closely with internal interior design teams to ensure a seamless integration of architecture and interior finishes.
- Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and building codes to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and local authorities to manage project expectations and resolve site issues.
- Stay current with global architectural trends, sustainable building practices, and innovative construction materials.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (Professional Degree).
- Minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience in an architectural firm, preferably with experience in tropical or luxury hospitality design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Enscape/V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and Indonesian building regulations.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present design concepts to clients clearly and professionally.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Professional membership or licensure (STRA) is highly desirable.
