Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design development and documentation of architectural projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Create detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance during construction phases
- Research and implement sustainable design practices and innovative technologies
- Mentor junior architects and design team members
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and client requirements
- Present design concepts and project updates to clients and stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional architectural experience
- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence and project diversity
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects
- Understanding of local building codes and regulations in Indonesia
