Are you a visionary architect with a passion for transforming creative concepts into iconic physical spaces? Waroeng Steak and Shake is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design and execution of our restaurant expansion projects, ensuring that every outlet reflects our brand identity while maintaining operational excellence.
You will be responsible for overseeing the entire architectural lifecycle—from initial conceptualization and detailed planning to on-site implementation and final handover. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with internal cross-functional teams, contractors, and external consultants to deliver high-quality, sustainable, and functional architectural solutions that elevate the customer experience.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end architectural design projects from initial feasibility studies to final construction documentation.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity during site implementation.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control to meet stringent company standards.
- Review and approve technical drawings, material specifications, and site layouts to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve field design challenges in real-time.
- Optimize spatial layouts to enhance operational efficiency and brand experience within restaurant premises.
- Mentor junior design team members and promote best practices in architectural design and project management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (S1 Arsitektur) from an accredited university.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in commercial or retail architectural design.
- Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of structural systems, material selection, and building construction methodologies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple site projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing relationships with external vendors and contractors.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Willingness to travel for site supervision as required.
