Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all architectural design aspects for complex EPC and high-tech construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Develop detailed architectural specifications, drawings, and documentation from conceptual design through to construction completion.
- Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary engineering teams (structural, M&E, process) to ensure seamless integration of architectural designs.
- Mentor, guide, and provide technical leadership to junior architects and design support staff.
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide architectural solutions and clarifications during the construction phases.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards in Singapore.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities regarding architectural matters.
- Champion the implementation of sustainable design principles and innovative building technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive architectural experience, with substantial involvement in large-scale EPC or high-tech industrial/commercial projects.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, managing architectural teams and projects from design to delivery.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Building Regulations, URA requirements, and other relevant local codes and standards.
- Proficiency in architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex design ideas.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional registration or licensure (e.g., Registered Architect with BOA Singapore) is highly advantageous.
