Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end architecture and interior design projects from concept development through construction documentation
- Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, scope, and design vision
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Develop detailed technical drawings, specifications, and material selections
- Conduct site analysis, space planning, and 3D visualization
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and manage client approvals
- Mentor junior designers and foster collaborative innovation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in architecture and interior design
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse project types and design excellence
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian building codes and construction methodologies
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and client management skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Creative problem-solving with attention to detail and budget awareness
