Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate architectural workflows and manage project documentation from concept through to completion.
- Review and verify architectural drawings, technical specifications, and construction details for accuracy and compliance.
- Facilitate effective communication between design teams, contractors, and clients to resolve design issues promptly.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Singapore.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports and coordinate project milestones.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in architectural coordination or a similar design role.
- Proficient in using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building systems.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Candidates must be willing to work in Singapore.
