Tropika Perkasa is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Area Sales Executive to join our growing team in Surakarta, Jawa Tengah. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary driver of revenue for our plywood division, focusing on independent, high-impact sales activities. We are looking for a self-motivated professional who excels at building and maintaining strong relationships with furniture factories and construction partners.
As a Senior Sales Executive, your success will be measured directly by your field results and ability to meet and exceed sales targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence in Solo, ensuring that our high-quality plywood products reach the right customers efficiently.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive plywood product sales within the assigned territory.
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at furniture factories and construction firms.
- Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable business deals and maximize revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical product support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs on a weekly basis.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and inventory management for clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction materials or wood industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the furniture manufacturing or construction sector in Central Java.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively throughout the region.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
