We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Assistant Beverage Manager to join the Private Advertiser team in the Philippines. In this pivotal role, you will work in close conjunction with the Beverage Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations, staff management, and strategic planning of the Beverage Department. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our establishment maintains the highest standards of quality, service, and guest satisfaction.
As a Senior Assistant Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for the operational excellence of our beverage outlets. This includes managing stock levels, controlling costs, and developing innovative menus that delight our patrons. You will also mentor and train a team of bartenders and servers, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Beverage Operations Manager in supervising the daily activities of the Beverage Department.
- Train, coach, and mentor bar staff to ensure high standards of service and product presentation.
- Manage inventory levels, including wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, to minimize waste.
- Develop and maintain seasonal beverage menus and promotions.
- Monitor and control beverage costs to ensure profitability targets are met.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues regarding beverage service promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in beverage management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, wine, and spirits.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
