- Develop and execute strategic industry partnership roadmaps for biomedical innovation
- Identify and secure high-value collaborative R&D opportunities with global biopharma leaders
- Facilitate technology transfer and commercialization of A*STAR's biomedical research
- Represent A*STAR in international industry forums and stakeholder negotiations
- Design and manage joint research programs with industry partners
- Monitor biomedical market trends to inform partnership strategy
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful partnership execution
- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives in biomedical sector
Kualifikasi
- Advanced degree (PhD/Master's) in biomedical sciences, life sciences, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in industry-academia partnerships or R&D commercialization
- Deep understanding of biomedical R&D landscape and commercialization pathways
- Proven track record in negotiating and managing complex partnership agreements
- Extensive network within Singapore's biomedical industry ecosystem
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex scientific concepts
