Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts in the Jakarta Raya region.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct technical product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate closely with the technical support team to resolve client queries and ensure product satisfaction.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to track performance.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to advise the sales team effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, account management, or business development within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
