Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or related field; Master's preferred
- 10+ years of experience in facility management or strategic planning
- Proven track record in managing large-scale capital projects
- Expertise in R&D facility requirements and operational best practices
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
