Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategic planning, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasting processes, leveraging AI/ML models to enhance scenario analysis and predictive accuracy.
- Architect and implement advanced analytics dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide real-time financial and operational insights to senior management and research councils.
- Drive automation initiatives using Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI-powered workflows, and natural language processing to streamline FP&A operations and shorten the financial close cycle.
- Partner with Data Science and IT divisions to develop and deploy machine learning models for financial forecasting, risk assessment, and resource optimization.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of financial analysts and data specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial analyses, strategic recommendations, and investment memorandums to the Board, senior leadership, and government stakeholders.
- Oversee the integration of non-financial data (scientific metrics, grant utilization) into financial performance management and strategic evaluations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree, MBA, CFA, or CPA is highly advantageous.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or strategic role within a large, complex organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in applying AI, machine learning, data analytics, and automation tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx) to finance functions.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation projects in finance, including the implementation of RPA bots and AI-driven analytics platforms.
- Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non-financial stakeholders.
- Deep experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial planning tools (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan, BPC).
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and influencing skills, with experience engaging at the C-suite and Board level.
