Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full lifecycle management of the Activate Global Fellows program, from recruitment to alumni engagement
- Develop and implement strategic frameworks for deep tech commercialization and startup acceleration
- Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships across academia, industry, and government agencies
- Design and deliver mentorship programs connecting researchers with industry experts and investors
- Monitor KPIs and program performance, preparing executive reports for continuous improvement
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing workshops, hackathons, and innovation challenges
- Identify emerging deep tech trends and market opportunities to enhance program relevance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
- 5+ years in program management, innovation ecosystems, or startup acceleration
- Proven experience managing fellowship/incubation programs or tech commercialization initiatives
- Strong understanding of deep tech sectors (AI, biotech, advanced manufacturing, etc.)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills
- Project management certification (PMP/PRINCE2) or equivalent experience
- Experience in Singapore's innovation ecosystem or similar tech hubs
- Data-driven decision making with analytical mindset for program optimization
