Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the integrity, accuracy, and lifecycle management of the global alumni database (300,000+ records).
- Develop and implement sophisticated data segmentation strategies to support targeted outreach and fundraising campaigns.
- Translate complex alumni behavior data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and department heads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design digital engagement initiatives based on empirical data trends.
- Conduct regular reporting and performance analysis on engagement KPIs to optimize future programs.
- Manage data integration projects between the alumni CRM and other university platforms to ensure seamless data flow.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the data management lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in data management, CRM administration, or alumni/constituent engagement.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Blackbaud/Raiser’s Edge) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong command of SQL and Excel for advanced data manipulation and reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail and data governance.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in higher education or non-profit fundraising environments is highly preferred.
