Tanggung Jawab
- Lead design and implementation of AI/RPA solutions to automate student administration processes
- Develop predictive analytics models for enrollment management and student success initiatives
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate data analytics platforms with existing university systems
- Present complex data insights to senior leadership through interactive dashboards and reports
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices for data governance and quality assurance
- Identify emerging analytics trends and recommend innovative solutions for educational challenges
- Oversee end-to-end analytics projects from requirement gathering to deployment and optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics with proven AI/RPA implementation track record
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication
- Certification in Robotic Process Automation (UiPath/Automation Anywhere) is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
