Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement end-to-end data science pipelines to support robotic automation and decision-making systems.
- Develop machine learning and deep learning models for perception, navigation, and manipulation in healthcare robotics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into clinical workflows and robotic platforms.
- Lead data collection, cleansing, and feature engineering from diverse sources including sensors, electronic health records, and IoT devices.
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate model performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Translate business and clinical requirements into technical specifications and scalable AI architectures.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies in AI, robotics, and data engineering to recommend innovative solutions.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders and leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in data science or machine learning, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with R, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Strong background in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning architectures.
- Experience with robotics middleware (e.g., ROS) and sensor data processing is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end data solutions in a production environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Prior experience in healthcare or medical robotics is a plus but not essential.
