- Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects in community healthcare settings
- Develop and execute population health analytics strategies using big data technologies
- Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to digitize care pathways and patient journeys
- Oversee implementation of telehealth and remote monitoring systems
- Drive adoption of AI/ML solutions for predictive health modeling
- Manage vendor relationships and technology procurement for digital initiatives
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data security regulations (PDPA, HIPAA)
- Report on digital ROI and impact metrics to executive leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in healthcare digital transformation
- Proven expertise in population health management systems
- Strong project management with PMP/Prince2 certification preferred
- Experience with healthcare data analytics platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of Singapore's healthcare ecosystem (NHG, MOH frameworks)
