You'll lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from candidate sourcing through onboarding, while continuously enhancing our Talent Acquisition capabilities through process optimization and technology integration. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment portfolios for critical departments, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Enhance Talent Acquisition capability through process optimization, technology adoption, and best practices implementation
- Lead candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes while maintaining positive candidate experience
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and professional networks
- Analyze recruitment metrics and reporting to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and recommend improvements
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position TTSH as an employer of choice in healthcare
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
- Strong understanding of Singaporean labor laws and healthcare industry recruitment practices
- Proven ability to manage complex recruitment projects and stakeholder relationships
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and applicant tracking platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence
- Experience in healthcare or large-scale organizational recruitment highly advantageous
