Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment portfolios for critical departments, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
  • Enhance Talent Acquisition capability through process optimization, technology adoption, and best practices implementation
  • Lead candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes while maintaining positive candidate experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and professional networks
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and reporting to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and recommend improvements
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position TTSH as an employer of choice in healthcare

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role
  • Strong understanding of Singaporean labor laws and healthcare industry recruitment practices
  • Proven ability to manage complex recruitment projects and stakeholder relationships
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and applicant tracking platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence
  • Experience in healthcare or large-scale organizational recruitment highly advantageous
