- Design and implement innovative learning experiences aligned with institutional pedagogical goals
- Lead needs analysis and stakeholder consultations to identify curriculum enhancement opportunities
- Develop digital learning assets using authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and LMS platforms
- Conduct learning evaluations using data analytics to measure effectiveness and ROI
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for learning initiatives within budget and timeline constraints
- Ensure accessibility compliance and inclusive design principles across all deliverables
- Mentor junior designers while maintaining industry best practices in learning technologies
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in learning experience design, preferably in higher education
- Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite) and LMS platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful curriculum development projects
- Certification in instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPTD) preferred
- Expertise in learning analytics and data-driven instructional improvement
- Project management experience with complex educational technology implementations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across academic departments
