Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans, policies, and governance frameworks aligned with the hospital's mission and vision.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and quality of care.
- Manage the planning and budgeting process, including resource allocation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of planning activities and to resolve complex operational issues.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and board meetings, providing actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, healthcare standards, and organizational policies through rigorous review and auditing processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the planning and governance unit.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in healthcare management, strategic planning, or governance within a large-scale organization.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic actions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and driving project deliverables within tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks and quality management systems is highly desirable.
