- Lead strategic procurement initiatives to achieve significant cost savings targets.
- Oversee the end-to-end planning and procurement lifecycle for hospital requirements.
- Develop and execute value-focused contracting strategies with vendors.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive sourcing to optimize supplier performance.
- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements with key stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational departments to forecast and fulfill supply needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in procurement, planning, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of driving cost reduction and process improvement in a large-scale environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working within the healthcare or public sector is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and procurement software.
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.
