Join Singapore National Eye Centre's dynamic Facilities Development team as a Senior/Assistant Project Manager. In this critical role, you'll spearhead the planning and implementation of healthcare facility projects, ensuring optimal patient care environments. You'll oversee end-to-end project lifecycles including procurement, budget management, and compliance with healthcare regulations. Your expertise in risk management and quality improvement will directly contribute to operational excellence and patient safety standards. - Lead facilities planning, design, and implementation projects for healthcare infrastructure
- Manage project procurement processes including vendor selection and contract negotiations
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project safety management systems
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for construction and renovation projects
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives in facility operations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with healthcare facility regulations and building codes
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in healthcare or facilities development
- Strong knowledge of healthcare facility design and regulatory requirements
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
- Experience with procurement processes and contract administration
- Proficiency in project management software and BIM tools
- Excellent risk management and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
