Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in business strategy, financial analysis, or consulting
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong communication skills with ability to present findings to diverse stakeholders
- Experience in the aviation, travel, or related industries is highly desirable
