Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end patient admissions, ensuring efficient documentation and compliance with healthcare protocols
- Deliver compassionate financial counseling to patients and families, explaining payment options, insurance coverage, and assistance programs
- Act as primary liaison between patients, clinical teams, and administrative departments to ensure continuity of care
- Resolve patient inquiries regarding billing procedures, insurance claims, and financial support mechanisms
- Maintain accurate patient records and admission data in hospital information systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient flow and service delivery
- Stay updated on healthcare regulations, insurance policies, and financial assistance schemes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in patient admissions, financial counseling, or healthcare customer service
- Expertise in Singapore's healthcare financing system, insurance providers, and Medisave/CHAS schemes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain complex financial information clearly
- Proficiency in healthcare IT systems (e.g., EMR software) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in Healthcare Finance or Business Administration preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence in high-pressure healthcare environments
