Tanggung Jawab

  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive training programs for distribution channels, including onboarding, product knowledge, and sales skills.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions via classroom, virtual, and blended learning formats.
  • Conduct training needs analysis in partnership with business stakeholders to identify skill gaps and priorities.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and performance data; iterate on content accordingly.
  • Manage training projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Champion the use of learning management systems (LMS) and digital tools to enhance learning accessibility and tracking.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure consistency and alignment with HSBC’s learning standards.
  • Provide coaching and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure high-quality delivery across the network.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on sales or distribution roles.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Proven ability to facilitate engaging sessions for diverse audiences, both in-person and virtually.
  • Experience with learning management systems (e.g., Cornerstone, SuccessFactors) and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis for training metrics.
