Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive training programs for distribution channels, including onboarding, product knowledge, and sales skills.
- Deliver engaging training sessions via classroom, virtual, and blended learning formats.
- Conduct training needs analysis in partnership with business stakeholders to identify skill gaps and priorities.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and performance data; iterate on content accordingly.
- Manage training projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Champion the use of learning management systems (LMS) and digital tools to enhance learning accessibility and tracking.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure consistency and alignment with HSBC’s learning standards.
- Provide coaching and support to trainers and facilitators to ensure high-quality delivery across the network.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on sales or distribution roles.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Proven ability to facilitate engaging sessions for diverse audiences, both in-person and virtually.
- Experience with learning management systems (e.g., Cornerstone, SuccessFactors) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis for training metrics.
