The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Associate Engineer, Equipment Production to join our manufacturing excellence team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our production line, ensuring that our complex semiconductor assembly equipment meets the highest standards of precision and reliability. You will be responsible for the technical validation, testing, and advanced troubleshooting of sophisticated electronic circuits and mechanical components.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive testing and troubleshooting of electronic circuits, sub-assemblies, and complex components to ensure full functional compliance.
- Execute precise calibration and alignment of equipment modules using specialized diagnostic software and hardware tools.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical bottlenecks during the production phase to maintain manufacturing schedules.
- Document all test results, technical issues, and troubleshooting steps accurately within the manufacturing execution system (MES).
- Support the Engineering team in implementing ECOs (Engineering Change Orders) and process improvements on the production floor.
- Ensure all assembly and testing activities adhere to strict ISO quality standards and internal safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate root causes of component failures and recommend corrective actions.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior technicians and associate engineers on the production line.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in equipment production or technical troubleshooting within the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, PCB layouts, and mechanical drawings.
- Experience with diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
- Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and 5S methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with a methodical approach to technical problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-centric environment.
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and follow shift schedules if required.
