Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and execute comprehensive testing procedures for production equipment and circuit assemblies to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues and system failures in real-time to minimize production downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency, yield rates, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Maintain detailed documentation of test results, engineering changes, and troubleshooting logs.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technicians on equipment specifications and operation.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new production methodologies and process improvements.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality control standards, and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in equipment production, testing, or semiconductor manufacturing environments.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting circuit schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Solid troubleshooting skills with a specific focus on analog and digital circuits.
- Familiarity with automated testing equipment (ATE) and manufacturing execution systems (MES) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
