Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive machine performance validation and testing for equipment production lines
- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify optimization opportunities and implement improvements
- Lead root cause analysis for production defects and engineering failures
- Develop and maintain engineering documentation, SOPs, and process specifications
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams on equipment integration
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Train production teams on new equipment and engineering procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or semiconductor equipment
- Strong expertise in machine validation, process optimization, and statistical analysis
- Familiarity with ISO standards and manufacturing quality systems
- Proficiency in engineering software (CAD, MES, or similar)
- Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Strong communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
