Tanggung Jawab
- Perform final test validation and performance verification of semiconductor assembly equipment to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and reports for machine performance qualification
- Analyze test data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for process improvement
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve technical issues during production
- Support ramp-up activities and new product introductions by providing technical expertise on equipment testing
- Maintain accurate documentation of validation activities, including test records and deviation reports
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test efficiency and equipment reliability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in equipment validation, final test engineering, or manufacturing operations in the semiconductor industry
- Strong knowledge of machine performance metrics, statistical process control, and root cause analysis
- Hands-on experience with automated test equipment, data acquisition systems, and troubleshooting tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities in a cross-functional environment
- Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001 or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
