Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the structural design and analysis for high-rise and complex commercial/residential projects in Singapore and the APAC region.
- Act as the Professional Engineer (PE) for designated projects, ensuring compliance with local building codes, statutory requirements, and international standards.
- Mentor junior structural engineers and provide technical guidance to the project design team.
- Collaborate closely with architects, facade consultants, and MEP engineers to deliver integrated, sustainable design solutions.
- Direct the preparation of structural reports, calculations, and detailed engineering drawings.
- Manage client expectations and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, from conceptual design through to site supervision.
- Utilize advanced computational tools and BIM workflows to optimize structural performance and construction efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration with the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore is mandatory.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in structural design, specifically focused on high-rise, long-span, or complex building structures.
- Proven expertise in structural software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, ROBOT).
- Strong proficiency in BIM-integrated design processes (Revit, Tekla).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary project teams.
- Deep understanding of Singapore building codes (Eurocodes/SS) and regulatory submission processes.
