Halodoc is looking for a talented Senior Associate Product Design to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex healthcare needs and intuitive user interfaces. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to design solutions that improve access to healthcare for millions of Indonesians.
As a Senior Associate, you will own the end-to-end design process for key features, from initial concept to final launch. You will leverage data and user feedback to iterate on designs, ensuring they are not only beautiful but also functional and accessible to all users. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and UX strategy for core Halodoc features, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs using Figma, translating complex requirements into intuitive user journeys.
- Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design assumptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to ensure design consistency and technical feasibility.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of our design system and design standards.
- Present design proposals and iterate based on stakeholder feedback to achieve product consensus.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in designing web and mobile applications, preferably in the healthcare or FinTech sectors.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Deep understanding of design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.
