Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization and research to execution and go-to-market strategy.
- Analyze user behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Define, track, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate product success and drive data-backed iterations.
- Conduct competitive analysis to maintain a strong product-market fit within the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across various departments regarding product roadmap and release schedules.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and contribute to quality assurance processes to ensure a seamless end-user experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of full-time professional experience in Product Management, Software Engineering, or Quality Engineering.
- Proven track record of managing complex technical products in a high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into actionable product roadmaps.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycles (SDLC).
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is highly preferred.
