Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead the end-to-end coordination and execution of sales and marketing programs tailored for RCBC Credit products.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze program performance metrics (KPIs), providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior leadership for data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, Risk, and Compliance, to align program goals and ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks in program execution and implement proactive solutions to mitigate risks and avoid delays.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party partnerships involved in program delivery to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities for program expansion.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., PMP) is a significant advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in program or project management, specifically within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
  • Strong understanding of credit card products, financial marketing lifecycles, and consumer behavior in the Philippine market.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively influence partners at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or Jira) and advanced skills in MS Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with high attention to detail.
