Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary C&S projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and risk management strategies specifically for complex high-rise buildings.
- Coordinate effectively with internal structural engineering teams, architects, and external clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor site progress and ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and local building codes.
- Manage project financial performance, including tracking costs, variation orders, and resource allocation.
- Represent Ramboll in client meetings, providing expert technical advice and project status updates.
- Mentor junior engineers and project staff to foster professional growth within the engineering department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on high-rise or large-scale complex buildings.
- Professional Engineering (PE) status or equivalent chartered membership is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and C&S technical tools.
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s building regulatory framework and BCA requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to handle diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to commit to a part-time arrangement while maintaining high levels of professional output.
