Tanggung Jawab
- Lead SAP consulting engagements across core modules (FI, CO, MM, SD) and emerging technologies like SAP S/4HANA
- Analyze client business processes and requirements to design and implement customized SAP solutions
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure effective system adoption and knowledge transfer
- Collaborate with technical teams to configure, test, and deploy SAP systems according to best practices
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP implementation experience with at least 3 full-cycle project deliveries
- SAP certification in relevant modules (SAP Certified Application Associate/Professional preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and change management
- Knowledge of industry-specific processes (retail, manufacturing, financial services) is advantageous
