Join Macquarie Group's dynamic Secondaries Investments team as a Senior Associate and drive impactful investment strategies in Indonesia's growing financial landscape. You'll spearhead end-to-end transaction execution, including rigorous due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation analysis of secondary market opportunities. This role demands a strategic thinker who can identify value-creation levers while navigating complex regulatory environments in Southeast Asia. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure deals, assess portfolio companies, and deliver actionable investment recommendations. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead comprehensive due diligence processes for secondary investment opportunities across Southeast Asia
- Design and execute financial models to assess investment viability and returns
- Identify and evaluate portfolio companies with strategic value-creation potential
- Prepare detailed investment memoranda and presentations for internal review committees
- Coordinate legal, tax, and operational due diligence with external advisors
- Monitor post-investment performance and develop exit strategy recommendations
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders including LPs, GPs, and co-investors
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in secondaries, private equity, or investment banking
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, comparables)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian regulatory frameworks and market dynamics
- Proven track record in transaction execution and deal documentation
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
