Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review corporate and individual income tax returns, ensuring 100% compliance with Indonesian tax laws.
- Provide expert advisory services to clients regarding tax planning, optimization strategies, and risk mitigation.
- Conduct thorough tax audits and represent clients during regulatory examinations or disputes.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and proactively update internal processes to maintain compliance.
- Mentor and review the work of junior staff members, ensuring accuracy and professional growth within the team.
- Manage end-to-end tax reconciliation processes and ensure timely filing of periodic tax reports (VAT, WHT, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and data integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in tax consultancy or corporate tax departments.
- Strong command of Indonesian tax regulations (KUP, PPh, PPN, PPh 21/23/26, etc.).
- Proficiency in tax software and MS Excel (advanced level).
- Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining strict confidentiality and attention to detail.
