Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute full-cycle audit engagements for clients across various industries, ensuring high standards of accuracy.
- Evaluate internal control systems and identify areas for process improvements or financial risk mitigation.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports, workpapers, and financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local accounting standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior audit staff, reviewing their work and fostering their professional growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with client management, serving as a primary point of contact during audit fieldworks.
- Ensure all audit engagements are completed within established deadlines and budgets.
- Stay current on changes in accounting regulations, tax laws, and industry-specific compliance requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in external or internal auditing.
- Strong technical knowledge of Indonesian GAAP, IFRS, and relevant taxation regulations.
- Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or CISA is highly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to lead team members and manage multiple client deadlines simultaneously.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
