Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain PLC programs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Mitsubishi) for automated manufacturing equipment.
- Lead the integration and troubleshooting of industrial robotics systems to enhance production throughput and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to implement innovative control system upgrades and retrofits.
- Develop detailed technical documentation, including logic descriptions, electrical schematics, and operational manuals.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on recurring technical issues to improve system uptime and reliability.
- Supervise onsite installation, commissioning, and validation activities for new automation projects.
- Provide technical mentorship and training to junior engineers and maintenance technicians.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (or a related field).
- Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation and control systems.
- Advanced proficiency in PLC programming (Ladder Logic, Structured Text) and HMI/SCADA development.
- Strong experience in industrial robot programming (Fanuc, ABB, or KUKA).
- Proven ability to interpret electrical/mechanical schematics and CAD drawings.
- Solid understanding of safety standards (e.g., ISO, CE) regarding automated machinery.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
