In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, implementing, and optimizing complex industrial automation systems that drive efficiency and operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, program, and commission PLC-based control systems for diverse industrial applications.
- Develop and maintain robust SCADA architectures to ensure real-time monitoring and data acquisition.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex automation hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated systems with existing enterprise infrastructure.
- Oversee system upgrades, migrations, and performance optimizations to meet evolving project requirements.
- Conduct technical training and provide mentorship to junior engineering staff.
- Ensure all engineering designs comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental protocols.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee the procurement of automation components and field instrumentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mechatronics.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in industrial automation and control systems.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric).
- Expert-level knowledge of SCADA platforms (e.g., Wonderware, Ignition, WinCC).
- Strong understanding of HMI design, fieldbus protocols (Modbus, Profibus, EtherNet/IP), and industrial networking.
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a collaborative environment.
- Professional license (PRC) is preferred but not strictly required.
