Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance automation scripts and frameworks for trading finance workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Back Office, Accounting, and Risk departments to identify and automate manual processes.
- Improve data integrity and processing speed by integrating automated reconciliation tools into existing financial systems.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies to ensure the reliability and security of automated financial reporting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, ensuring minimal downtime in critical operational environments.
- Monitor and optimize existing automated workflows to increase throughput and system stability.
- Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams regarding newly implemented automated solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, specifically within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong domain expertise in Back Office operations, accounting standards, and risk management systems.
- Advanced proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript) and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UiPath, or custom API-driven frameworks).
- Solid understanding of SQL and database management for complex financial datasets.
- Proven ability to work in an Agile environment and meet strict project deadlines.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proactive approach to process improvement and innovation.
